The recent tragic event in Delhi has caused an outrage amongst the public as females fear leaving their homes. Students from Kripalu Balika Intermediate College and Kripalu Mahila Mahavidyalaya, founded by Jagadguru Shree Kripaluji Maharaj, were part of a major rally on December 24th 2012 to speak out against injustice towards females in India. The outrage was sparked after a 23-year-old physiotherapy student was gang-raped, assaulted and left for dead on a moving bus on December 16 and later died in hospital. The rally was highly successful at getting the message across, and was featured in all the major Hindi newspapers, including the Hindustan. Visit JKP Education on facebook for more information. It's about time that we, as one human race, speak out against injustices against women. Let's follow JKP Education's lead, and make women's rights a priority in 2013.
