Meet a Saint: Meerabai (Radha Madhav Dham Hindu Family Camp 2012)

Participants of the Summer 2012 Hindu Family Camp at Radha Madhav Dham, the US ashram of Jagadguru Shree Kripaluji Maharaj, got the chance to meet Saint Meerabai in person! Here is her Divinely inspirational life history in her own words.

Meerabai (c. 1498 – c. 1547 AD) was an aristocratic Hindu poet Saint and devotee of Lord Krishna from Rajasthan and one of the most significant figures of the Vaishnava bhakti movement. Her beautiful bhajans in praise of her beloved Shree Krishna are popular throughout India.
