The 3 Goals of Human Life: Bhukti, Mukti & Bhakti (New Jersey, Oct 30th, 2011)

(Above: Previous speech series by Swami Nikhilanand on Kripalu Trayodashi, thirteen couplets, which contain the essence of the philosophy of Jagadguru Shree Kripaluji Maharaj.)

Date & Time:
Sunday, November 13th
5:00 - 7:30 PM

Radha Krishna Temple,
Lawrence Station Rd,
NJ 08648
Phone: (609) 737-1986

The program includes Sanskrit shlokas and beautiful bhajans of Jagadguru Shree Kripaluji Maharaj which touch the heart and inspire Divine love which goes deep into the heart of the listeners.

Swami Nikhilanand, disciple and pracharak of Jagadguru Shree Kripaluji Maharaj, and spiritual teacher at Radha Madhav Dham, explains that we should never ever desire for bhukti or mukti (worldly luxuries and liberation from maya). Worldly attainments (including celestial attainments) can never satisfy the soul so they are pointless. Mukti is equally useless because the one who has received mukti can never receive the chance to enjoy the bliss of the Divine leelas and association of Bhagwan.

Swami Nikhilanand concludes that the only desire a true devotee should have is to serve your Divine Beloved Radha Krishn (bhakti), since there is no fourth catagory of desire other than bhukti, mukti or bhakti... Thus bhakti, including the desire for seva, is the only spiritual goal of the soul.
